By downloading, accessing or using Coco Alarm, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. The service
Coco Alarm is an iOS alarm and wake-up mission application designed to help users build a more active morning routine. Features may change as we improve the app.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for choosing appropriate alarm settings, keeping your device charged and audible, granting required iOS permissions, and using movement missions safely. Do not rely on Coco Alarm as your only alert for emergencies, medication, transportation, employment, caregiving or other safety-critical events.
3. Alarm limitations
Alarm delivery and volume can be affected by iOS, hardware, battery state, Focus modes, notification permissions, system settings, connectivity and Apple platform restrictions. We work to make Coco Alarm reliable but cannot guarantee that every alarm will sound in every circumstance.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and protect access to your device and account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Premium subscriptions and gem purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Prices and available plans are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account settings within Apple's required timeframe. Refunds are governed by Apple's policies and applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected parts except where law permits, or use Coco Alarm to violate another person's rights.
7. Intellectual property
Coco Alarm, COCO, the mascot artwork, interface, copy and related branding are owned by or licensed to the Coco Alarm team. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the app.
8. Health and movement disclaimer
Push-up and squat missions are general activity features, not medical or fitness advice. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
9. Availability and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We may restrict access when these terms are violated, security is at risk or law requires it.
10. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Coco Alarm is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from missed alarms or use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
